I understand this is a rigorous, week-long program combining advanced clinical training with a humanitarian service component. I understand that accommodations will be provided for five nights. I acknowledge that clinical training will take place at University of Sao Leopoldo Mandic. I am responsible for my own travel to and from Brazil, including international flights and transportation to the designated meeting point in Sao Paulo’s International Airport (GRU). Full payment of is due to secure registration in the program. I agree to abide by all program rules, safety protocols, and local regulations. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents, including a valid passport. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, its breach, or the services provided shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, and the costs of the arbitration shall be shared equally. By participating in this program, I hereby grant Torque Academy and its representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture my image and likeness during the program activities. I understand that these photographs and videos may be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, including but not limited to, websites, social media, brochures, and presentations. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 90 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 90 days and 45 days before the program start date will receive a half refund. Cancellations made less than 45 days before the program start date will forfeit the entire program fee.In the unlikely event the program is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
